After witnessing the successes that result from sound financial planning, in contrast to the results of poor or no planning, Bob became a financial planning enthusiast. Upon completion of his MBA, Bob joined The Financial Advisors in 1994 and established the Newburyport office in 1997. He continues to love his job — learning about people’s stories and helping them find financial security to live their dreams. A lifelong resident of Newburyport, MA, Bob earned two degrees from Boston College, including a master’s degree in business administration (concentration in finance) from the Carroll School of Management. After raising their three children in Newburyport, Bob and his wife, Anne, moved to New Castle, NH, where they are working to adapt to their empty nest. Bob has been involved in the community including the Newburyport Education and Business Coalition, Newburyport Education Foundation, and as youth lacrosse and basketball board member and coach. He is currently involved with the Salisbury Habitat for Humanity project. Now as a resident of the NH Seacoast, Bob volunteers with the Conservation Commission’s green waste collection and with Liberty House, a transitional home for Veterans. In his free time, Bob keeps busy with CrossFit, boating, reading and losing golf balls.
